I'm a wife, mother, hospice social worker and historical romance writer. I've been creating stories since the age of nine, but decided in May 2008 to actively pursue my dream of being a writer. I fell in love with 19th century England the summer of 1983 when I was assigned to read "Pride and Prejudice". I love Jane Austen's classic story and have read it three times. It is one of only a few books I've read more than once.
