About Me

I was truly blessed to grow up on a South Pacific island. My childhood was one big adventure. After moving to California, I married a Coast Guardsman and we raised three children together while traveling around the country from station to station. Five years ago, I got serious about writing for publication and joined the Romance Writers of America to learn the craft of fiction writing.
For unknown reasons, dogs always turn up in my stories. This explains the disgruntled cat you see in the picture. We live in the Pacific Northwest with one gorgeous German Shorthair and a very smart cat who has taught himself to play fetch. :)
When I'm not writing, I go adventuring or exploring with my family.
