Hi, my name's Matt and i'm an alcoholic........no.....wait.....wrong place....i'm Matt and i love to write.

I've always loved reading, i can't remember a time when i haven't had something on the go whether its a novel, a biography or just the daily newspaper, i simply adore the escapism of reading.  I went to university for three years to do a media degree so i spent a lot of time writing and producing short films, anything to let the creative juices flow.

I must have about 30/40 mauscripts in various states of completion dotted in various rooms about the house so i felt it was time to put them all in one place where my brain can process them better and with the help of you guys work out which ones are worth continuing with and which ones are total crap and should be consigned to history.

I  am a sports fanatic (read stats bore!) and have done some freelance writing in the past within this genre, writing match reports for the local ice hockey team as well as giving tips and analysis on a greyhound website and getting an article published in England's horse racing trade paper 'The Racing Post',  but above everything else the one thing i dream of doing is getting a book published so fasten your seatbelts because this is going to be a bumpy ride (seriously you haven't seen my driving!!)
