Based in Colorado, Carla Paton is a technology consultant with more than 18 years experience in pharmaceutical, mining and telecommunications. She is also a college instructor and is working toward her Ph.D. in depth psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. She holds a M.S. in computer information systems from the University of Denver.
Paton's dissertation relates creative writing pedagogy, close reading, experimental Gothic prose, and the Jungian practice of active imagination.
