Addison has a crippling phobia of thundershowers. When the ghost of her apartment's previous tenant finds her cowering in the basement, waiting out a storm, an unlikely bond is created. Not everything in the city is what it seems, though, and as the pair wander farther from home they encounter a great many things that even a psychic woman and a non-corporeal being aren't prepared for.
