Chapter 1:- The Problems of Society
Everywhere I look people are dying
Every smile I have shouldn’t be there
Every heart I see is shriveled and crying
And I’m wondering if life will ever turn fair
I’m tired of waking up in the morning
Seeing that the world hasn’t changed
I’m tired of hearing that there was no warning
The facts were there; we kept them rearranged
I don’t want to hear of another fatality
I don’t want to hear of another mistake
I don’t want to hear of evil’s seeds
And a world full of hate
Open your eyes to the world
As they burn and sting with tears
Open your eyes to the evil
And cry ‘till everybody hears
Each hearts brushes against another
The gargoyles polar touch
Reveal the flesh beneath the cover
Of stone’s evil clutch
I don’t want to hear of another fatality
I don’t want to hear of another mistake
I don’t want to hear of evil’s seeds
And a world full of hate
(And to those drowning in excess
While some others live in hell
Haven’t you learned yet that success
Is nothing if you keep it to yourself?)
We don’t ever realize what happens
We just droll on day by day
We never question the system
Or ask if it has to stay this way
