The story of the apocalypse
through a Japanese high school student's eyes.
The final days are counting down.
A story of what's truly important in life and how to fight for it.
[Based off the detailed accounts of high school student, Maho Itami, this story is created to replay the last years of Planet Earth.]
"Another brilliant cell phone novel from takatsu." - Subscriber
"All around, ear-piercing sirens exploded.
It was so high pitched, I couldn't tell if I screamed or not.
Then, it started.
The ground started shaking."
My second Japanese style cellphone novel project. I hope I can bring an original take to the apocalypse, or at least give readers a different experience through an authentic Japanese cellphone novel approach.
Chapter 120:- Beauty in the Broken
I took a deep breath as we passed under the giant tori gates
that stood at the entrance of the plateau island,
nearly all sides made up of sheer cliffs.
"I love this place."
I heard myself tell Shin.
"I used to come here when I first moved to Tokyo."
"It's kinda like a place to hide from the world."
I giggled. "We think alike."
"I used to come here alone too. Even though it took so long."
"Even though there's so many people." He added to what I said.
"The people here... kind of take their time and seem simpler."
He nodded in agreement.
Most of them were tourists, but as soon as anyone travelled along the coastline
to get here, the seaside and resort-like peace would enter our hearts,
long before we would actually be on the island of Enoshima.
