The story of the apocalypse
through a Japanese high school student's eyes.
The final days are counting down.
A story of what's truly important in life and how to fight for it.
[Based off the detailed accounts of high school student, Maho Itami, this story is created to replay the last years of Planet Earth.]
"Another brilliant cell phone novel from takatsu." - Subscriber
"All around, ear-piercing sirens exploded.
It was so high pitched, I couldn't tell if I screamed or not.
Then, it started.
The ground started shaking."
My second Japanese style cellphone novel project. I hope I can bring an original take to the apocalypse, or at least give readers a different experience through an authentic Japanese cellphone novel approach.
Chapter 179:- Satoru
When I finally was well enough to sit up,
the sun was already steadily dipping below the buildings.
The windows were facing the east so all was in shadows.
And quiet. So quiet.
Although everything around me was still swimming,
I could feel that my fever had subsided.
It only left a heavy head, and a sore body.
The air of the room was cool enough to feel fresh on my skin.
In a way, it felt like I was given a fresh start.
I could hardly remember where I was.
Or what was going on.
But slipping out of my futon,
was enough to send a shiver up my spine.
It wasn't only because of my t-shirt,
but I gradually had a feeling creeping through my body,
the feeling that something bad was happening.
That something bad would happen.
