Of course, transportation was not an option either.
Except for something like a bicycle,
cars, busses, trains, everything ran on electricity.
Everything needed electricity.

Water could no longer be pumped.
There was no heating or air conditioning.
There was no stoves to use in kitchens.

Even locks on some doors would never be able to open again,
leaving many things trapped inside for years to come.
Perhaps forever until mankind disappeared.

In the end, even though no one wanted to,
doors and glass windows had to be smashed,
stores had to be looted or shopkeepers would hand out everything for free.

Long range communication was impossible.
There was no radio, television, or even printed newspapers.

Everyone, clueless.
Everyone, lost.
