The story of the apocalypse
through a Japanese high school student's eyes.
The final days are counting down.
A story of what's truly important in life and how to fight for it.
[Based off the detailed accounts of high school student, Maho Itami, this story is created to replay the last years of Planet Earth.]
"Another brilliant cell phone novel from takatsu." - Subscriber
"All around, ear-piercing sirens exploded.
It was so high pitched, I couldn't tell if I screamed or not.
Then, it started.
The ground started shaking."
My second Japanese style cellphone novel project. I hope I can bring an original take to the apocalypse, or at least give readers a different experience through an authentic Japanese cellphone novel approach.
Chapter 207:- A Light in the Dark
In the middle of the day,
when the dark clouds overhead
began to clear up,
and spears of sunlight
broke through the polluted clouds,
there was the distinct sound
of planes once again.
A sound that we had began to discern from the rest.
It was a sound we were familiar with.
It was the low altitude hum of bombers.
"Bombers." Satoru whispered.
"Why now?" Risa put her jacket on.
"Sounds like they're taking it slow.
If they were just passing over,
they would fly by much faster."
