The story of the apocalypse
through a Japanese high school student's eyes.
The final days are counting down.
A story of what's truly important in life and how to fight for it.
[Based off the detailed accounts of high school student, Maho Itami, this story is created to replay the last years of Planet Earth.]
"Another brilliant cell phone novel from takatsu." - Subscriber
"All around, ear-piercing sirens exploded.
It was so high pitched, I couldn't tell if I screamed or not.
Then, it started.
The ground started shaking."
My second Japanese style cellphone novel project. I hope I can bring an original take to the apocalypse, or at least give readers a different experience through an authentic Japanese cellphone novel approach.
Chapter 97:- Summer Rain
The police confirmed his death was in the middle of the night.
While Shin and Aya had been sleeping, there was a break in.
Professionals, they said, and he was assassinated by cyanide gas.
The reason was still unknown.
All Shin said was that his father worked for the government.
Something to do with nuclear research.
That his father always told him to take care of Aya.
That maybe he got involved in something dangerous.
Yet, Shin and Aya were spared.
That was my only comfort left.
I probably couldn't live without him.
Aya didn't quite understand what was going on,
but would cry and cry and demand for her dad.
All I could do was hold the both of them while we all wept in silence.
