Splattered shadows and broken windows
I lay on the floor, watching my life drain away
Flashback, standing straight
Flashback, living my life
Flashback to the future, why is it gone?

Apathetic
All from a distance
Can't feel for myself anymore
Why did I let my life drain away
Why did I let my life go to waste
go. away.

Blue blood, bleeding is optional
Red blood, bleeding is hell
My blood? is all spilled

Sigh, if I could breath
Hope, if I could dream
Pray, if it meant anything to me

Love, and yet I hate
Destroy, I can't create
A new life from this tattered soul
So I lie, die, alone
in these
splattered shadows
