Chapter 1:- Sue's Cell Phone Initiative
Since the Fall of 2007, I have become interested in using cell phones as learning tools. Most of our students have them, love them and use them!
It is a sustainable technology that allows us to connect, research and collaborate quite easily. I have been experimenting with using Web 2.0 tools (free) to make this happen.
Cell phones work most of the time, unlike our expensive cumbersome networked cables, wires, computers and buildings. A cell phone with access to the internet with a data plan as well as a camera and video recorder allow students to do just about everything they would usually do in a classroom.
The following chapters will prove this to be true.
I have just edited this using my cell phone.

Using the cell phone is great for students on the go who require access to some means of writing.
