Chapter 1:- the new canadian and innocent girl meets the school playboy
It was September 2, exactly 8 in the morning, when the clock started to alarm, making the 16-year old Justin Wakefield get up from his bed. he immediately threw the clock away to stop himself from getting irritated and took a bath. summer was already over and its the first day at east Northumberland high.
"justin, dude, long time no see!" Mike Teenie, East Northumberland's football star and a notorious heartbreaker greeted his bestfriend as he patted justin's back at the hallway.
they did their signatured handshakes and continued their way to their classroom.
"so... what did you do this summer?" mike asked. he knew something was fishy about justin.
"all the usual... you know, parties, bars, beach, videogames---"
"girls... virginities... you know what i mean..."
justin smirked. " what are you, a fortune teller or something?"
"dude," mike raised his left eyebrow. " there's no night that you're not in a motel with different girls... especially the girls cheerleading squad, remember?"
"of course i remember... i don't wanna talk about that." justin cut off mike's subject. "how about you? what did you do this summer?"
" nothing. i didn't even got a chance to swim in my own pool. i was too busy handling our company since my parents are on summer vacation in hawaii." mike sighed.
when they reached the classroom, everyone started to make some noise.
"now the party is on!" someone yelled over the noise as soon as the two stepped inside.
meanwhile...
"excuse me, sir." Chloe Dove said to the school monitor. "where is room 409?"
the school monitor took out a school map from his pocket and gave it to her. "follow the map."
chloe grabbed the map and hurriedly went to the 2nd floor.
"here it is... 409." she took a deep breath and quickly opened the door. the noise suddenly became loud that ever blew off her face. she entered the classroom and took a seat at the back, beside a nerd, wearing a sweater vest and eyeglasses.
"hey," she said. "is someone sitting here?"
the nerd nodded.
Chloe sat down on the floor with her bag. "hi" she looked up at him.
"hi too. im Theodore Lincolin." the nerd answered back. "you must be the new Canadian girl"
"yeah..." Chloe nodded.
suddenly, someone threw a paper on her. "Oww..." she turned at her back.
"you'll get used to it." Theodore said.
Chloe put on her smile again. "i wish i can."
"why did you transferred here anyway?" Theodore curiously asked.
"my dad kinda got a new job here." Chloe answered. then, she looked around at her new classmates. :mind if you introduce our classmates?" she turned her head back at Theodore.
Theodore looked at the blonde guy who's laughing so hard. "that's Simon cookie. he's the class clown."
Chloe followed Theodore's look. then, Theodore turned to his right, looking at girls gossiping each other. "that's the high school cheerleading squad. there's Jennifer peach, the blonde one; Victoria Tory, the black haired one; Hillary stone, the the one in the pigtails, and angel Wilson, the fro one. they say angel has a relative connection with Beyonce. that's why it made her so popular."
"no wonder why..." Chloe mumbled to herself.
Theodore pointed at the 4 jocks, playing PSPs. "that's Bruce Wilkins, Jerry swan, Felix Garcia and mike Teenie. they're one of the football jocks... also considered as school bullies."
then, he turned his head at the 2 couples kissing together against the wall. "that's Justin Wakefield. the school's heartthrob and a huge playboy. there was a rumor once that he had his first sex when he was still 13. oh yeah, be careful with him. you might turn out to be his next victim... if you know what i mean... anyways, that's Courtney cooper, the girl he was kissing. she's the captain of the cheerleading squad and his girlfriend."
suddenly, the school bell rang and everyone went to their respective seats except Chloe who stood up and walked to the corner.
"good morning, class" Mrs. Langbirg, the homeroom teacher said when she entered the classroom. she was preparing her things on her table, when she caught a glimpse of Chloe, standing in the corner.
"are you new here, young miss?" she asked.
Chloe nodded.
Mrs. Langbirg saw a vacant chair beside the window. but there was a bag lying on it. "whose bag is that?" she asked the whole class.
Justin raised his hand. "mine" he said.
"Mr. Wakefield, get you bag." the teacher put her hands on her hips.
Justin stood up and grabbed his bag from the vacant chair in front of him. Mrs. Langbirg looked at Chloe. "ypu can now sit in front of Mr. Wakefield."
Chloe walked into the front seat, while ignoring her new classmates staring at her.
"you're cute." Justin said as Chloe sat down in front of him. but Chloe ignored his words, remembering the warning Theodore told her about the school's heartthrob.
