Chapter 1:- Emptiness
A princess lived in an enchanted kingdom. She had everything her heart desired and she was loved by all who knew her. Her life was blessed and happy.
Then the princess discovered that something was missing. She didn’t understand how she could feel so ungrateful, but she knew that she was missing something important; something that money couldn’t buy. It made her sad.
She looked over all her kingdom to find it, but it was not there. She searched all the land and the land roundabout. She found nothing to fill the emptiness.
She tried to live without it, but it was no use. She simply could not rest. She felt hollow. She had a hole in her heart, and nothing she could find could fill it. She left her home to search for the missing part of her, not to return without it.
One night she was awakened by a small voice calling to her. She sat up in bed and found herself looking into the face of a tiny fairy.
The fairy was the size of the princess’s thumb. She was lovely and glowed with a white light. The fairy smiled at the princess and said in a tiny voice that was rather quiet and hard to understand,
“My voice is quite small but there’s no cause to fear. The more that you listen the better you’ll hear.
“I know what you seek and I know you can win, but to find it you must look not out, but within.
“There are things you must do and you simply must wait. But with patience and hope things will turn out just great.
“You choose what you’ll be and you choose where you’ll go, but I’ll help when I can and in time you will know.
“You begin when you choose and you chose what you do, but, here, I will give you you’re very first clue:
“The harder you try the more you succeed to give of yourself to another in need.”
With that the fairy vanished and the princess was left alone again. She didn’t understand, but she felt hope growing in her heart.
