Chapter 1:- Day/Night 1
A cacophy from the forest creatures filled the night air. They know that something was arriving to disrupt the neighboring town. But what exactly?
A bed and breakfast inn is the closest building to the forest. Currently the only residence is the owner and her son Jake Gale. Jake rolled out of bed to go close the window facing the forest in hope of blocking out the noise. But to his surprise an eerie red glow came from the heart of the forest.
He made his way outside to investigate. Deeper and deeper he went in the forest and each step he took the more cynical the air felt with the blood red glow. Finally he arrives at the heart to see a steep crater with a necklace in it. His sense for adventure overpowered his thoughts, he made his way to the necklace. While looking at this blood red necklace, the glow from it subsided and he was able to notice the letter "J" in the center of the jewel.
