This story is wonderfully written, I havent had a chance to finish it yet, but so far I am hooked in..the feeling of wanting to know more reminds me of when I would read a Dan Brown book! Im sure that there is a grammatical faux paux in there somewhere, but I honestly havent had found anything to critique yet..I love the ballsy move of the opening scene! You really kick the reader in the gut and make them ask for more..cant wait to finish this! .

Holy moly. The imagery for killing the lamb almost made me cry. The poor lamb! Haha. I quite like it -- even though I feel so bad for the lamb. Keep it up!.

Judith touched a hand to her chest. “Is that how you see me?”
Mara bowed her head, an excuse to break eye contact. She looked instead at the steel bolt in her hand, toying with it as she struggled for an answer. “I didn’t mean it like that.”
“Then what did you mean?” Judith was trying hard to believe her, she could tell. Any excuse to give her the benefit of the doubt.
“Like… that you’d start a revolution, if you could.”
Judith’s expression was flat. She came closer to where Mara sat, staring intently. “Are you lying to me?”
