Chapter 1:- Write to the Heart
I was a child when I started writing in earnest. Visiting my grandmother in a small town in western North Carolina I suddenly had to write when she fell ill.
I wrote about what was in my heart--my fear and trepidation--and masked it thinly in the guise of a simple fantasy story.
This is a key to writing in my humble opinion--write from your heart to the heart of your audience. If you agree, you may also like what Mark David Gerson (a recent guest blogger on my blog) says.
