Saturday, the 10th of October
Here we are doing overtime this weekend again, and more than likely we will be doing overtime for the next several weekends as well. Fine.
I understand that the boats are to get finished and sent on their way to the "owners" in order for the company to get paid .... Payment to begin building the boat(s), then another payment when the boat gets Launched, then third payment when the boat goes on Sea Trials, and the final Payment when the boat is delivered. It takes one year to build a boat from beginning to end / start to finish. The Launch is a milestone, and the Sea Trials is another milestone. I, also, am a single parent, and grandparent. I've a son to be there for.
I will give them two weekends, but I do not know if I can also do more. I've a ten year old to think about first and foremost. He needs "Mom time" and I need "Son time" to keep him on the path I've set him on for his Life... and to make sure his needs are met as well.
Plus, I have school two nights a week, after working all day.
