Although I stumbled onto, "Once Upon A Christmas Wish", first I daresay that regardless of setting or environmental template you write engaging stories. I find your descriptive work to be erring from the slower connotation of, "Picturesque" to a faster, fiery, albeit cannon like staccato of description, which is refreshing compared to my normal choice of literature..

I like the prolgue. The words are simple, and poignant with meaning. They from from a kind of ritual background where the interlocutors find a common source. Sounds philosophical. Will read more. Cheers.
