Chapter 19:- First Sight
After dinner I finished my homework and it was nearly midnight when I finally decided to call it a night.
I walked to my room and settled into bed. It felt like I had barley closed my eyes when I heard a tapping sound outside my window.
I opened them and saw a figure standing there pointing something with a red beam of light at my chest.
I realized that it was a gun, my mind racing with wild thoughts I finally decided to make my move.
No sooner had I rolled to my right and onto the floor, shots rang out and I scrambled out of the room and down the stairs that led to the kitchen.
I quickly opened the door that held the knives in it I grabbed one and heard glass shatter.
