I sat up with a jolt as I realized my alarm didn`t go off, I scrambled to the bathroom for a quick shower. I was exhausted from the move from Denver Colorado to San Diego California the day before. My name is Elaina Tamsen my friends call me Lain, I'm Sixteen-Years old and I just signed a recording contract with Geffen Records last week.
I moved into a tiny one bedroom apartment bulding so I could start my music career. My mom's a famous artist who's in Europe right now showing off her exhibits to the rich and famous. She enrolled me into some private school, I'm just humoring her so I can focus on my music career.
I quickly combed through my tangled hair with my brush gazing at my reflection in the mirror I smiled. I have long black hair with hot pink highlights. It was a prep school and they were gonna kick me out anyways so I figured I'd help em out a bit.
