As the bell rang Adam walked slowly to the door to wait for me, I could tell he had something on his mind. I just wanted him to feel the way I felt when he was with Tuffara. I knew it was wrong but I wanted him to know that what he was doing to me wasn't right eather. He pulled to the side when I met up with him.
"I don't think you should hang out with that guy Lain." Adam whispered down to me.
"Why not?" I asked raising an eyebrow to his question.
"since you're human you can't smell it but his stench is all over the place." Adam said wrinkling his nose at a stench I obviously could not smell.
"His name's Drake right?"
"Yeah, why?"
"Drake is short for Drako from the Drakonus Clan. He's a dragon."
I suddenly became aware of what Adam was warning me about...other's were after me and I was fearful for my life once again.
