Vamp rule one. Never let someone else gain your full concentration. Particularly when that someone neither insists on payment, nor begs to be spared.


 


Vamp rule two. Keep 'em guessing.


 


Vamp rule three. Do not say “forbid” to a vampire.


 


Vamp rule four. Avoid ninjas, they can get you killed.


 


Vamp rule five. When death sheaths his sword, you’re best to do likewise.


 


Vamp rule six. If you intend to vanquish a vampire, strike without any sort of warning.


 


Vamp rule seven. Spiraling downwards is never a great way to begin a life or death struggle.


 


Vamp rule eight. Avoid fame at all costs. That sharp point being aimed your way could easily be a stake.
