Chapter 1:- Watch out for the Hole
Penny loved riding in the warm pants pocket with her friends Nick and Di. What great talks they had whenever they were in a pocket. Like many friends Penny, Nick and Di were different colors and sizes. Di was the smallest and shiniest. Nick was bigger than both Penny and Di and a bit bossy. Penny was a beautiful copper color. Size and color didn't matter, they were friends, good friends who chat, chat, chatted when they were together. As they rattled around Nick noticed the hole in the pocket seam and offered a warning, "Watch out for the hole it's getting bigger. Di you really need to be careful. You are the smallest, you might slip out and none of us know what happens if you leave the pocket."
